History
This mall was built in 1973 by the Rubin Organization. Original anchor stores are Bradlees, Gaudio's, Pathmark, and Wilmington Dry Goods. Gaudio became JCPenney, Pathmark became Toys "R" Us, and Wilmington Dry Goods became Value City and now Burlington Coat Factory. Despite the addition of these anchor shops, mall dwellings declined in the 1990s. A major renovation - the mall at the end of the decade added Boscov and expanded JCPenney while configuring the main concourse mall. Former Bradlees is further divided, and The Home Depot and Regal Cinemas are added to outparcels.
After Value City left the business in 2009, the space became Burlington Coat Factory. Ulta added in 2013. In January 2015, JCPenney stores were announced closed as part of a plan to close 39 nationally performing stores.
