East Falmouth is the census-determined place (CDP) in Falmouth town in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, United States. The town is located in the Massachusetts base of the "fishhook" peninsula ( see map on the right ). The population was 6,038 at the 2010 census, making East Falmouth the most populous of the six CDPs in Falmouth.

Geography
East Falmouth is located in the southeast of Falmouth on 41 Â ° 33-54? N 70 Â ° 33? 0? W (41.565096, -70.549984). It is bordered to the west by the village of Teaticket and to the east by the Childs River. The southern border is the Vineyard Sound beach.
According to the US Census Bureau, CDP has an area of ​​6.3 square miles (16.3 km 2 ). 5.4 square miles (14.1 km 2 ) of it is ground and 0.85 square miles (2.2 km 2 ) of it (13.54% ) is water.
